Whānau Waiora

"The Whānau Waiora promotes supportive, consultative and representative relationships between parents and the school. The monthly meetings and regular reviews ensure that these relationships are effective and pro-active. The involvement of three kaumatua, together with senior management and guidance staff, adds to the dimension of the Whānau Waiora."

School Haka

This House activity is always keenly contested as it is a good measure of house spirit. The invited judges are keen to lend a hand at school. The only real quality needed to be a judge is, "good school spirit."

Who are we creating this heavy sound
We are the descendents of our elder, Taranaki
Like our mountain we must hold fast the treasures
of a true champion
Where is the influence?
Where is the pride?
Together we gather and stand to preserve these strengths.
