The Routine
The daily life of the boarders is supervised
by the Senior Hostel Master and the 6 other resident staff
of teachers. They are ably assisted by the 2 matrons.

All boys are expected to play at least one
team sport. A great selection of clubs and activities are
offered by the school.
Opportunities for social mixing are provided with the girls
of New Plymouth Girls' High School in the form of dances,
barbecues and dinners.
Religion plays a significant part in the life of the school.
Hostel boys in Years 9 and 10 attend 'Scripture' one evening
a week with different youth groups and all students up to
year 11 attend church on Sunday.
