Due to the current Covid-19 virus situation, we have decided to postpone the Boarding Open Day on Monday, 23 March until Term 2.  Further information will be sent out at a later date. Athletics Sports Day

The NPBHS Athletics Day is on Thursday 5 March 2020 at the TET Stadium in Inglewood. NPBHS provides transport to and from TET Stadium. All students meet at school by 8:40am. Programme to follow. Students are to wear their NPBHS PE Uniform or House T-shirt/colours and should protect themselves from the sun with sunscreen and hats. They should also bring plenty of drinking water and food. New Parent Orientation Afternoon

This is an opportunity for day school parents who are new to the school to attend an afternoon at the school to meet the Headmaster and their son’s Huia Rōpū teacher. We will have staff involved in the school’s extra-curricular programme available for parents and students to talk to. World School International Forum 2020 in Japan Are you a Yr 12-13 student? Are you interested in learning about other cultures? Towards 2021-2025 NCEA Change Package

In 2018, the Government undertook a review of NCEA and released the findings in a change package in 2019. These changes will gradually introduced over the next five years with full implementation in 2025. The school will be putting in place an implementation plan during 2020 and it is important that parents and students start to understand the changes ahead. Late Enrolment Process

The school is closed from Wednesday 18th December until Monday 27th January 2020. Students who want to enrol at New Plymouth Boys’ High School will need to have an enrolment interview with a senior staff member in the last week of January 2020.
