Athletic Preparation & Applied Training Level 3 (Full Year) (L3APATF)
Prior Learning: Level 2 Athletic Preparation
This course is designed for students who have an interest in developing and refining their sport specific conditioning and preparation. Students will learning about and analyse exercise techniques as well as demonstrate quality performance in a chosen sport. This is a practical based course where time will be spent on training as well as learning in and out of the classroom.

The aim is to improve the relevance of learning for students by indicating how their learning and achievement is valued by broad sectors of the workforce. This will be a real advantage when they look for work and training opportunities in the sector.
