Athlete Development Programme Year 10

Sports Performance Year 10 (Half Year) (10SPR)

Year 10 Sports Performance is designed to develop the strength and conditioning of our athletes while at the same time develop sport-specific skills. Students in rugby, cricket, hockey, basketball, and football will work directly with the school’s Sports Directors/coaches in sport-specific sessions, and will also have the opportunity to enhance their tactical and decision-making processes in an invasion game environment. Sports Performance is run over four periods for half a year and students will also take Physical Education as a compulsory subject.
