The school fields both a ski team and a snowboarding team, which participate in Taranaki Secondary School events and the North Island Secondary School event at Turoa.
Teacher in charge: Mr Hugh Russell
Competition and Teams: During Terms 2 or 3 students in the team will take part in the Taranaki Secondary School event on Mt Taranaki. Late in Term 3 the North Island competition will take place on Turoa.
Training: The school has a day trip to Turoa as part of a training and selection for the North Island and Taranaki events.
Uniform and Equipment: Students are expected to provide their own gear.
Cost: Subs vary from year to year, and there is a cost for trips away.
